🎟️ TICKETS & SEATING

How does seating work?

All tickets come with table seating. Seating is first-come, first-served, and our hosts will assign you the next available table upon arrival. VIP tickets (if offered online) guarantee seats closer to the stage, while General Admission starts just behind VIP and continues toward the back. Want to sit together? Make sure your whole party arrives at the same time. If not, give us a call at (602) 910-5161 or email info@desertridgeimprov.com to arrange a reserved table in advance.

Do I have to buy tickets ahead of time?

We highly recommend it! While tickets might be available at the door, most shows sell out in advance.

How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets online 24/7 or you can call the box office at (602) 910-5161

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Where do I pick up tickets?

No need to pick anything up! Just show the ticket on your phone or print it at home.

Is there a waitlist for sold-out shows?

The night of the show, in the event that we have any no-show ticket-holders we on occasion are able to accommodate guests who are on our waiting list.

In order to be placed on the wait-list for a show, all guests must be at the Box Office IN-PERSON (we do not take any wait-list requests over email or the phone) no earlier than 1 hour prior to the showtime, as that is when the list starts.

Roughly 30 minutes after the show begins if we have any availability we will then begin to accommodate the waitlist.

We ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE any accommodations from the waiting list.

Where are you located? Where do I park?

The venue is located in the Desert Ridge Marketplace, the marketplace does provide an open lot with free parking available! We are located right across the parking lot from Target!

When do doors open?

For shows scheduled on a Monday through Friday: doors are scheduled to open an hour before the first show, or 30 minutes before the 2nd show.

For shows scheduled on Saturday and Sunday: doors are scheduled to open an hour and a half before the first show or 30 minutes before the 2nd show.

Running late?

We get it! But remember, seating is first-come, and if you arrive more than 15 minutes after showtime, your tickets may be released. Bring your ID, and don’t forget there’s a 2-drink minimum per person.


🍽 FOOD & DRINK

Is food or drink included in the ticket price?

No, but we have a full dinner and drink menu available. Just remember: 2-drink minimum per person in the showroom.

What kind of food and drinks do you serve?

Surprisingly awesome stuff! We’re not your average comedy club when it comes to food. Full bar, specialty drinks, and dinner menu available — check out the Menu tab on our website.

What kind of food is served during the brunch events?

Our amazing head chef will actually put together a custom brunch menu that is offered for events scheduled during brunch time! — check out the Brunch Menu tab on our website.


👥 AGE, ACCESSIBILITY & GROUPS

What's the age requirement?

18+ for any shows Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday late (last show of the evening), and Sunday. Unless stated otherwise.
21+ for all other shows (includes Saturday shows) Unless stated otherwise.

Is there a dress code?

We’re casual, but keep it classy. Dress like you’re meeting your mom for dinner (and not to borrow money).

Do you have accessible seating (ADA SEATING)?

Yes. Just call us or email info@desertridgeimprov.com in advance so we can make arrangements.

Do you offer group packages?

🛎 OTHER GOOD STUFF

What if I lost something at the club?

We’ve got a lost and found! Call the box office or email us and we’ll check if your item was turned in.

How long is the show?

Roughly 90 minutes, though it can vary slightly.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Nope. Flash photography, recording, and phone use (yes, even texting) are strictly prohibited during shows. Be present, enjoy the laughs!

What if a show gets canceled or rescheduled?

If that happens, we’ll contact you about refunds or rescheduling. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

What if we show up early for the show?

Hang out next door at Copper Blues — grab a drink, eat, and enjoy the live music while you wait!

How will I know when my favorite comedian is coming to the club?

Our website is always updated so you can visit http://www.desertridgeimprov.com/ where you can also sign up for our weekly emails, or you can become one of our insiders on Instagram, Facebook, or you can text "IMPROVDR" to +1 (866) 313-2210 for VIP Info! Either way, you’ll be the first to know about special promotions, including free ticket offers. Plus, you can always email us to info@desertridgeimprov.com.

Do You Offer Military Discounts?

Occasionally we have promotional tickets for Eligible veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families... please visit Veteran Tickets Foundation at www.vettix.org or First Tickets Foundation at www.1sttix.org to check availability (You must use an existing or create an account to request tickets).

Box office closes 30 minutes after show time.

*listed hours would be for any assistance needed in person at the ticket booth window. However, on days that there is no show scheduled, the venue and ticket booth are closed.
